The Islamic Scholar, Sheikh Gumi has stressed that Bandits should not be proscribed as a terrorist group after Nigerians called for their proscription. In a post shared by Punch Newspaper, Gumi said that proscribing them would make foreign jihadist movements to set in as they won't be pleased with the fact that they would now be addressed as 'Islamic Terrorists'.
