A dissident and paper distributer, Agba Jalingo, has been captured by the police in Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria's South-south. He was captured at the police base camp, Calabar, on Friday where he went to respect a greeting by the Commissioner of Police in the State, Kayode Sikiru, Cross River Watch said in a report.
