As some of you may know, JAMB and WAEC always update their recommended books/novels for examination every five to six years.I am pleased to let you know that the books read from 2016 - 2020 will no longer be used for JAMB and WAEC this year.The new scheme also known as syllabus will last from 2021 - 2025.

Earlier today, the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has announced to candidates, as well as the general public that the use of E-mails would no longer be needed for registration for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, and Direct Entry as well.This announcement was confirmed by Prof. Is-haq Oloyede, the Registrar and Head of JAMB, who explained that the use of E-mails will only commence, after the conclusion of the 2020/21 UTME and DE registration.
"Sweet Sixteen" a novel that was written by Bolaji Abdullai was first used in 2019 as JAMB 2019 recommended novel for 2019 UTME.Undoubtedly, "Sweet Sixteen" was also used as the JAMB recommended novel for 2020 UTME.Since JAMB use a novel for two to three years, most 2021 prospective JAMB candidates are expecting "sweet sixteen" to be the JAMB recommended novel for 2021 UTME.
