Today 24/10/2021 between the hours of 1130hrs to 1315hrs, based on credible intelligence, a combine teams of Nigerian Police Force, Nigerian Army and vigilante group carried out sting operations in KADOJI village, Jibia, camp of a notorious bandit, one Bala Wuta. Consequently, after a fierce gun duel, the bandit and his cohorts were dislodged by the galant security forces.

Gunmen suspected to be bandits on Monday night attacked Tsayau community, Jibia Local Government Area of Katsina state, where they killed four people and abducted several others. It was learnt that the gunmen arrived the community on motorcycles late in the night and started to raid the community.
The police have arrest a 14-year old kid (name retained) as a suspected bandits in Katsina State. Marching the suspect close by 19 others, the police spokesman in the state, Gambo Isa, said the minor admitted to killing two people in Mallamawa in Jibia local government area of the state a few months back.

Not less than four people were killed in Kastina state, as bandits launched fresh attack in Tsayau community, in Jibia Local Government Area of the state. The attackers who abducted many others, launched the attack in the early hours of Tuesday, August 17. At least 13 government Areas are suffering from the event which can not be unconnected with the continued security operations against bandits within the North West. The affected LGAs are Sabuwa, Faskari, Dandume, Batsari, Danmusa, Kankara, Jibia, Safana, Dutsin-Ma and Kurfi that are on the fringes of the Ruggu forest where most of the bandits are hiding.
