One Ismail Saliu has been apprehended by operatives of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Kwara State Command, over the alleged killing of his own brother, Azeez Saliu, for money ritual. The wards congress exercise held in Kwara State by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, across the 193 wards of the state recorded a high turnout of party members. The Congress was conducted on consensus arrangement and Executives of the party at ward level have been elected. The exercise was peaceful across the 193 electoral wards, in the state.
People’s Democratic Party, (PDP) in Kwara State will hold its ward congresses election across the 193 wards in the state this Saturday. This was made known by the party’s state Publicity Secretary, Tunde Ashaolu in a statement in Ilorin on Friday.
