Gunmen Kidnap Lawmaker’s Daughter In Kano
The daughter of Murtala Kore, member representing Danbatta Constituency in the Kano State House of Assembly, has been kidnapped. Ms Juwairiyya was abducted in the early hours of Sunday, July 19 in place of her father, Sahara Reporters reports. The lawmaker told the news outlet that the abductors actually came to kidnap him but took away his daughter – an SS 2 student of Government Girls Secondary School, Jogana – when they didn’t find him.
