Buka Suka Dimka was a Nigerian Army Officer who is well known for his role in the counter-coup of 1966 along with Timothy Onwuatuegwu which troubled the government of the Nigerian Prime Minister, Tafawa Balewa. On February 13, 1976, Buka Suka Dimka masterminded another military coup against the government of General Murtala Mohammed.
