Stakeholders in the region allege that there is deliberated plan by federal actors to exclude the region from the scheme of things in the country. This has fuelled agitations for a separate state, by separatist groups.
The Anambra 2023 governorship election is slated to hold in November next month, and the candidates are already declaring their manifestos to the electorates before the pools. The election is going to be one of the toughest in the history of the state. Two candidates who have really impressed me so far is PDP candidate, Valentine Ozigbo and the candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA), Professor Charles Soludo.
