An attorney in Kano State named Bashir Badru has stated that Bola Tinubu, the newly inaugurated president, will not be sidetracked by the petitions challenging the results of the 2023 presidential election. Badru told News Central TV that he had faith that Tinubu will be unaffected by the decision of the Presidential Elections Petition Tribunal (PEPT), noting that no tribunal in the history of the world has ever removed an incumbent president from office.
