The Nigerian Police force has paraded a suspect who specializes in stealing music equipment from churches. The suspect was paraded recently, alongside some stolen musical items recovered. The suspect's receiver was also arrested and paraded. The Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Nigerian Police force, Frank Mba, was present during the parade of the suspects.

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has alleged that her former partner, Prince Kpokpogri is threatening to release her nude pictures. The actress, whose relationship with Kpokpogri came to an end last month, said this in a petition to the Nigerian Police. According to reports, Tonto Dikeh in her petition to the police issued by her legal team, accused Kpokpogri of blackmail, extortion, and obtaining by false pretense.

The Nigerian Police has arrested the suspected killers of Abdukareem Na'Allah, the eldest son of Senator Abubakar Na'Allah. Abdukareem, a pilot, was killed in August at his home in Kaduna. An aide to Senator Na'Allha in a statement last month, revealed that the killers strangled the 36 year old pilot to death after entering his house through the roof.

Corporal Chinedu Nwachukwu of the Nigerian Police has been dismissed from the police force after he was accused of raping a female student of the Abia State Polytechnic while she was in detention. The dismissal of the Corporal was revealed after an ordely room trial held in Umuahia, where he was found guilty of raping the female student.
