National Commercial Tricycle and Motorcycle Owners & Riders Association (NACTMORAS) has called upon Professor Kingsley Moghalu to run for the Presidency in the 2023 general election.The association domiciled in the 19 Northern States made this known in a press statement released a few days ago.The association urged the Former Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria to contest in 2023.
