The Ondo State Election Petitions Tribunal in Akure, has rescheduled judgement in the governorship petition filed by the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Eyitayo Jegede, against the victory of Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the October 2020 gubernatorial election for Tuesday 21st of April, 2021.
The former Ondo State Deputy Governor, Agboola Ajayi, has said in a statement signed by the immediate past Deputy Governor on Sunday 18th of April, 2021, that he is ready to return the two Ondo State Government vehicles in his possession. The statement issued by the former Ondo State Deputy Governor further reveled that he his in possession of four vehicles. Two of the vehicles, were part of his benefit as the former Deputy Governor of Ondo State, while the remaining two would be returned to Ondo State Government.
