An hour ago, renowned lawyer, and Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council spokesman, Barrister Kenneth Okonkwo came out on social media to give an update on the current court proceedings at the ongoing Election Petitions Tribunal sitting in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). In a post made via his Twitter handle on Wednesday morning, Okonwko, who is a key member of Peter Obi's legal team, revealed that the lawyers have accused the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of refusing to submit a large cache of evidence to the Labour Party as required by law.
