The International Press Centre Lagos (IPC) is disconcerted by reports of security surveillance of Premium Times Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Musikilu Mojeed and Reporter, Samuel Ogundipe.   A Premium Times publication disclosed that both journalists were trailed by suspected state security service (SSS) officials.
