It is quite unfortunate that many Igbos have chosen to join the agitations for Biafra nation instead of believing in the sovereignty of Nigeria as a great nation. The oppositions offered by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in Nigerian political affairs have become a major issue of interest in recent times.

The special adviser to Lagos State Governor on Drainage and Water Resources, Joe Igbokwe, made it known that every Igbo man knows that Monday is a great business day and not a day to waste but in the southeast, it's now a day to waste for nothing.
A strong card carrying member of the All Progressives Congress, Dr Ben Gbenro has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari has done enough for the South East region of the country but his efforts are not being appreciated. Dr Gbenro who took to his social media account on Friday, stated that their criticism on the current administration has not been fair.
