According to reports, the accident between a BAU Cement Truck and a Santa/KC Motorcycle which involved four adult males and the Izaga Masquerade happened at the Enugu-Onitsha Expressway.

Following the information obtained by local news reporters, the fatal collision came to reality when a motorcyclist popularly known as Okada rider named Nnamdi Dieli crashed into a commercial trailer with registered code number 371 and owned by the BAU Cement.
