A man who was arrested by policemen while playing with his friends in Lagos State and spent a total of eight months and three weeks in both police and prison custody has now regained his freedom. The man, whose name was given as David, a hair stylist residing at the Surulere area of Lagos State, was said to have decided to visit his friends after he closed his salon on August 3, 2002.
