The Governing Council of the university of Uyo has approved June 11th, 2021 for conduct of 2019/2020 SUG election. A release from the Students Affairs Division of the institution shows that five candidates have been cleared for Presidential bid. However, upon lifting of ban on political activities by the electoral commission of the institution, successful candidates have made adequate campaigns and preparation toward the June 11th, 2021 Uniuyo SUG election.
