The Chief Medical Director of University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital and a member of Governor Wike's transition committee, Henry Ugboma have alleged that the Rivers State Governor set up an agenda to tarnish political image of his predecessor, Rotimi Amaechi.Speaking in a programme on Arise Television on Monday, the UPTH Chief Medical Director noted that WIke's first mission after he won the governorship election in 2015 even before he was sworn in was reduced Amaechi's political career to the bare minimum.
