In Nigeria, there are four cardinal points namely the North, East, West and South. Among these cardinal points, an indigene of a southwestern state named Olusegun Obasanjo had ruled the country for over eight years. Since his administration ended, the question of zoning power has always been asked.
Zoning is taking the front burner recently as both the APC and PDP which are the two major political parties in the country gave the impression that they may likely zone the presidency to the South. Nothing is cast in concrete but the politicians are mounting pressure on both political parties over this touchy issue of zoning.
